  Nafisah is extremely proud to have secured a place at the University of Oxford to study English, having worked incredibly hard to achieve an impressive A in Philosophy, A in English and B in Politics.  Particularly proud of her A grade in English, she credits her success to a genuine passion for the subject and the support of teachers who inspired her throughout her Sixth Form journey. Reflecting on her time at Bow School, Nafisah highlighted the encouragement she received both academically and personally, from mentoring and personal statement support to mock interview preparation.  She believes her experience in the Sixth Form gave her the confidence to aim high and apply to Oxford – something she never imagined possible when she first started. Looking ahead, Nafisah hopes to build a successful career in publishing.

  Yusuf was ecstatic to open his results to reveal that he achieved an incredible D*DD in Business and secured a place at Queen Mary University of London to study Business Management.

   

  The former Marner Primary School pupil joined Bow School in Year 7 and credits the support of his form tutor and teachers, who were always there to help him overcome challenges and achieve his goals. During his time at Bow School, Yusuf learned the importance of responsibility, resilience and perseverance, commenting “It’s like climbing a mountain - there are always going to be ups and downs, but you’ve got to keep climbing!”

   

  Looking ahead, Yusuf hopes to gain valuable work experience alongside his studies and ultimately fulfil his ambition of launching his own e-commerce business.

   

  “My advice to younger students is to start revising early, ask questions and don’t be shy about speaking up when you need help. Be brave and make the most of the support around you.”

  Raahil is celebrating exceptional A Level success after achieving A in Politics, A in History and C in English Literature, securing his place at the University of Sheffield to study Law.

   

  Having joined Bow School in Year 7, Raahil described Results Day as “surreal”, reflecting on the hard work, determination and support that helped him achieve his goals. Particularly proud of his A grade in Politics, he credits his success to perseverance and the encouragement of his teachers, who helped him turn his ambitions into reality. Looking ahead, Raahil hopes to build a career in commercial law and sees himself working in a leading law firm in the years to come.

   

  The former Clara Grant Primary School pupil speaks warmly of the strong relationships he built throughout his time at Bow School, highlighting the dedication of staff who knew him as an individual and supported him every step of the way.

  For Ishaq, A Level Results Day marks the culmination of years of dedication, resilience and a passion for STEM. Having joined Bow School in Year 7, Ishaq has achieved an outstanding set of A Level results, securing A grades in Maths, Further Maths and Physics, and a place at King’s College London to study General Engineering.

   

  Particularly proud of his A grade in Physics, Ishaq reflected on the challenge of making the transition from GCSE to A Level study. Through determination, extensive exam practice and a commitment to continuous improvement, he was able to turn one of his toughest subjects into one of his greatest achievements.

   

  Throughout his time at Bow School, Ishaq developed not only academically but personally, learning the importance of adaptability and resilience when faced with challenges. He credits his teachers, particularly in Further Maths, with inspiring his love of learning and creating an environment where students feel supported to achieve their very best.

   

  With ambitions to become a mechatronics engineer specialising in robotics and automation, Ishaq is already looking ahead to postgraduate study and hopes to be working towards a PhD in the future.

  Entrepreneurial ambition, hard work and growing confidence have been key themes throughout Nasim’s journey at Bow School. After joining in Year 7, Nasim has achieved an impressive D*DD in Business, earning a place at Queen Mary University of London to study Business Management.

   

  Results Day was a proud moment for the former Wellington Primary School pupil, who reflected on the effort he invested throughout his studies. He was particularly pleased to see his coursework achievements recognised, having dedicated significant time and commitment to producing work of the highest standard.

   

  Nasim says one of the biggest changes during his time at Bow School has been his confidence. Looking ahead, he has ambitious plans, hoping to build a career in HR before eventually launching his own business ventures.

   

  “One experience I’ll always remember is the bake sale. We had to restock five or six times, made around £500 and tripled our profit margin. It taught me a lot about teamwork and showed me that everyone has a part to play.”

  For Dua, Sixth Form has been a journey of growing confidence, self-belief and discovering what is possible when you set your sights on an ambitious goal. Having joined Bow School in Year 8, Dua is celebrating excellent results in Applied Science, achieving D*DD and taking the next step towards a career in policing through a degree apprenticeship.

   

  Reflecting on her success, Dua said she is proud to see all of her hard work rewarded. She credits much of her growth to the support and encouragement of her teachers, particularly her Biology teacher, whose belief in her helped build the confidence she needed to succeed. One of the biggest lessons Dua has learned during her time at Bow School is that she is capable of far more than she once imagined. She hopes that realisation will continue to drive her forward as she pursues her career ambitions.

   

  Looking to the future, the former Marner Primary School pupil is determined to make a difference in her community. Her goal is to become a police officer, helping to increase representation and inspire others from similar backgrounds. She also hopes to progress into specialist policing roles as her career develops.

  Istahil achieved an impressive D*DD in BTEC Business, the reward for years of hard work, commitment and determination. Reflecting on her results, she said she was proud to see all the effort she put into her studies pay off.

   

  Next, the former Manorfield Primary School pupil plans to take a gap year to gain valuable work experience before beginning her studies in Business with Health at UCL. Looking further ahead, she hopes to build a successful career in finance and project management, combining strong business knowledge with practical experience.

   

  Throughout her Sixth Form journey, Istahil has valued the support she received from staff and credits that encouragement with helping her stay focused on her goals. Her advice for younger students is to stay disciplined from the very beginning: keep on top of your work, stay organised and make the most of every opportunity to learn.

  Beyond her academic achievements, Noor believes Sixth Form has transformed her personally. She describes becoming more outgoing, disciplined and self-assured, developing habits and routines that have helped her thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

   

  As she considers her next steps, the former Old Ford Primary School pupil is weighing up opportunities including studying Politics or Business Management at Queen Mary University of London or pursuing an Art Foundation course at UAL. Whatever path she chooses, her long-term ambition is to build a career in fashion communication and eventually launch her own business.

  For Aadam, success has come from finding a passion, setting a goal and working relentlessly towards it. After transferring from Old Ford Primary School to Bow School in Year 7, Aadam has achieved excellent A Level results, securing A in Maths, B in Further Maths and B in Physics. He is now progressing to King’s College London to study Engineering.

   

  Aadam is particularly proud of his achievement in Further Maths, describing it as a significant personal milestone. Through determination, resilience and countless hours of practice, supported by teachers who helped nurture his interests and encouraged him to aim high, Adaam was able to transform one of his greatest challenges into one of his proudest accomplishments.

   

  Aadam hopes to build a career in motorsport engineering, with a particular interest in Formula One, where he dreams of helping to develop high-performance sports cars while travelling the world.
